My family and I have eaten here a few times over the last couple years. The food has always been good, we've never had long waits to be seated or for our food. Our waiters and waitresses have always been great! We ate there tonight and had waitress Carly. She was very friendly and upbeat with a smile on her face. She came to our table numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed.

This is one of those occasions where the service from one particular employee was the true highlight of an otherwise below average experience. That employee was the evening bartender named Seth and this Olive Garden should be absolutely thrilled to have him. While the kitchen cooked up one very average pasta dish and one below average steak entree, Seth did everything he possibly could to make up for a kitchen staff that clearly wanted to go home late on a Saturday evening and ignored details like proper temperature of a steak and a legitimate amount of sauce over the pasta. Honestly, I'd probably only visit this location again to have drinks at the bar if Seth was working it after visiting another restaurant in the area for my meal.

After my dining experience last night, I must say that I am extremely disappointed. Our server, Diana was nice and attentive (until the end of our meal). I ordered the Mezzaluna Ravioli with Five Cheese Marinara, which was good, but too heavily sauced. By the end of my meal, half of the plate was covered in sauce. My fiance ordered the Parmesan Crusted Steak, which was cooked perfectly and looked delicious. As far as drink refills, I had to wait over ten minutes for her to come back and refill my drink. At the end of our meal, we had a coupon for $4 off two dinner entrees. I gave the coupon to Diana with our bill and our debit card. She comes back shortly after wards with two receipts, both showing a different price. So, I assumed that she was showing us the price before the coupon was applied and then the other showing us the price after the coupon was applied. WRONG! Diana charged us TWICE for both amounts. Our $38 dinner turned into a $79 dinner. We did not discover that we had been charged twice for two different amounts until we received a notification from our bank indicating the issue. My fiance called Olive Garden and spoke with Samantha, who is the on duty manager. Samantha asked us if Diana had mentioned that she had charged our card twice? Diana did not tell us that she charged our card twice. My question is this - instead of recharging our card, why not just refund us the $4 for the coupon?! The chances of us returning are highly unlikely. I would recommend that if you are thinking of dining at this location, to pay with cash, so you can avoid the serious inconvenience.

Went in on a Sunday, they were not too busy. I was seated in the bar area for 7 min before someone took my drink order, 5 more min to get ice tea. to another 10 min to get soup and salad. I was shocked at how many workers were just walking around. The bartender who claimed to be asst manager never offered to get me anything even though he walked by me 4 times. Soup and salad were good, but whole ordeal took almost 1 hr 1 star for service 3 stars for food...so thats why they get a 2

Service is good and fast, atmosphere is a little noisy but prices are reasonable. I love their bruschetta, calamari, zuppa toscana soup, capellini pomodoro, spaghetti with meat sauce, and tiramisu. Can't wait to go back!

Lately this place has seriously sucked. I mean...what kind of Italian restaurant CAN'T cook pasta? This one of course! Their gluten free penne came out crunchy, not once, not twice, but 4 freaking times in the same hour! Kept sending it back & chipped my tooth on it the last time! Seriously??? Then I changed my order completely to the angel hair pasta, which should take NO more than 4 or 5 mins tops to cook. It took over an hr to get it & the sauce was super thin & barely stuck to the soggy noodles. I ordered a side dish of grilled asparagus in olive oil; there were maybe 6 small spears in the dish for a whopping $5! The server was not very good although she knew how to smile a lot & blame her lack of drink refills on someone else in the kitchen. I have ceased to be impressed in this place the past 5 visits. I guess I will just cook my pasta at home from now on... or at least til I can find a decent Italian restaurant again. How sad :-(

It doesn't get much better than this as far as chain restaurants go. The service is always good, the portions are large, the prices are fair, and the food quality is on point. I especially like the pasta fagioli soup, five cheese ziti al forno, and smoked mozzarella chicken.

This Olive Garden is pretty good. Service is fast, especially if you tell them you're on a time crunch. It gets pretty busy at lunch during the week so if you go during your lunch break, make sure you tell them you need to get back to work. Food is kind of expensive for what you get but it's Olive Garden so it's kind of expected. Prices are pretty standard at any location.

Olive Garden...what can I say. This location is as typical as all of the other locations. But I will slay that the atmosphere is nicer because it is newer. Customer service can be a bit spotty if they are busy. This restaurant can be a nice choice for a large crowd when the customer service is good.

I really like this Olive Garden and come here often, usually for lunch or soup and salad but I do have dinner on occasion. The dishes have always been good and the wait staff are both friendly and attentive. The daily specials are changed on a regular basis. Good food, served well and a nice selection of wines to accompany the meal. What's not to like about that!

This place is HUGE. I've never seen an Olive Garden as big as this one. My server was very [VERY] friendly, and got my order right, no mistakes, and right on time.

My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday and sat at the bar. We ordered the shrimp fresco for an appetizer and it was amazing. My boyfriend got the tour of Italy with lasagna, chicken parm and alfredo which he added chicken to. I got the seafood alfredo with chicken and gnocchi soup. Everything was okay until our entrees arrived. Right when the server set the seafood alfredo down there was a horrible fishy smell. The scallops and shrimp tasted bad. The extra chicken added to my boyfriends alfredo was very dry and rubbery and didn't taste remotely close to the original chicken alfredo. We also ordered Italian margaritas which I had to return because there was a long brown hair in mine. Liz was our bartender and was very attentive and understanding. If it wasn't for her our experience would have been miserable. She took the alfredo off our bill and made me a new margarita. The tip of the iceberg was when my boyfriend went to the bathroom and witnessed the cook use the restroom and not wash his hands. I'm not sure if it was because the restaurant was closing soon, but proper hygiene should still be practiced. If you can spare a 5 minute drive to the location on International Speedway Blvd. I would highly recommend making the trip. Our experience was not good at all. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location.

This is a typical Olive Garden. You know the food and thus it is the staff and the layout that makes it. The staff is OK and the lay out the same. I am surprised they do not have some covered outdoor seating to enjoy when the weather is nice. Especially since the pavilion is all outside.

So last night I came on the busiest night and everything was so smooth as if it was 11:00am! The service was impeccable and wait time for food was quick, but not quick to where you couldn't enjoy your food in order. My bf and I ordered 12.99 4 course meal each and were stuffed! We also had signed up for emails and received free appetizer. Well needless to say we took a lot home and were very satisfied.

If you want a quick review: great service and people, a little disappointed in quality and quantity of food. Our server was fast and super nice and helped us out everywhere with no extra charge (like more Alfredo sauce etc). The food was meh honestly but the service brought this from 2 to 3 stars. The food came out kind of dried and maybe its old? Not sure honestly. The cheese ravioli was dry, DRY! I asked for more Alfredo sauce in my noodles because it felt like I was eating glue off of my plate. Why was it dried and glued on in the first place? No idea. Anyways drive the extra 10 minutes and try the other Olive Garden. It seems to have better reviews.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
